Return & Exchange
You are responsible for investigating your items for any defects and to notify us accordingly. Should one or more items be defective, an item is missing in your delivery or there are incorrect items in relation to the order, you will be able to return the defective item / excess item and we will then refund the purchase price and all delivery costs.
30 DAYS RETIREMENT
When you shop at www.unmade.dk, you have 15 days of cancellation, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and a further 15 days to return the item from the time you report your withdrawal. The right of cancellation expires on the day you purchased the item. If the time limit expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended.
