We only register the above general personal information, solely for the purpose of being able to sell and deliver goods to you; By submitting personal information on our website you agree to this treatment. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
All the listed prices for items, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of VAT and taxes.
You must be 15 years old and in possession of MobilePay or a valid credit card to shop in our webshop.
The following payment methods can be used:

• Mastercard Express
We do not charge fees and the amount is deducted only when we ship the item from the warehouse.
Orders submitted before 12.00 from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Expected delivery time 1-3 working days
Delivery will take place Monday to Friday at the address you gave when you made the order and we deliver to private or business addresses and mailboxes.
Please note that you are responsible for the products you ordered after the delivery has been completed. If the package appears to be damaged, we will refuse receipt of it. You are responsible for investigating your items for any defects and to notify us accordingly. Should one or more items be defective or there is an item in your delivery or one or more items are incorrect in relation to the order, you will be able to return the defective item and we will then refund the purchase price and all delivery costs.
30 DAYS RETIREMENT
When you shop online and at www.unmade.dk, you have a 15-day cancellation right, where you can inform us that you regret the purchase and a further 15 days to return the item from the time you report your withdrawal. You can choose to use the attached return slip, just be aware that the freight has not been paid. It will be deducted from the amount we credit.
The right of cancellation expires on the day you purchased the item. If the time limit expires on a public holiday, Saturday, constitution, Christmas eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline for the following day is extended. The notification must be given by mail

When returning, please ensure that the goods are properly wrapped. You own the responsibility for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore, save mail and possibly. track and trace number. You must pay the cost of returning the item yourself when you regret. Note! We do not receive packages sent per. COD. We expect you to ship the goods as soon as possible after you have notified a cancellation and you must return them within 30 days of your disapproval. • You break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.
Your purchase covered by the purchase act, including the shortcomings. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. If the claim is warranted, we will send you a return label, so you can return the item without cost. If not, you will have to pay all transport costs, including our freight costs for return of the item after examination.
